Waiting for inbox full of angry Nintendo fanboys who list off 3 Wii games that took them 50 hours to beat like it’s a mega list of games and also who for some reason turn my comments into Sony or Microsoft fanboy love and say “Microsoft is just going to make Halo and Gears forever” not realizing just how many Mario and Zelda games Nintendo has put out.

Seriously. When was the last time there was a decent, unique and interesting 1st party Nintendo game that didn’t rely on Mario, Zelda, Kirby or any other of its existing IPs?

They might be hailed as the greatest developers of our time but they sure haven’t done anything inherently original recently.

I’d love to see Miyamoto actually create something new. We know he can do Zelda again and again but I’d love to see him create something new and it do well.

Nintendo might have taken a risk with their hardware but they sure don’t with their software.
